113 Shujaa Triathlon 2023

Kenya’s first middle distance triathlon is set for Sunday, 3rd of December, 2023 at Nomads Beach Restaurant.

This unique multi-sport challenge is Kenya’s only middle-distance triathlon that will see participants tackle a 1.5KM Open Water Swim, 90KM Road Bike and 21KM Road Run around Diani, Kwale and Ramisi. The event is open to amateur and professional triathletes from ages 17yrs to 65 years.

To ensure the entire triathlon community is catered to, the 113 Shujaa triathlon will also host the following event categories:-

· Olympic Distance Triathlon - 1.5KM Swim, 40KM Bike and 10KM Run · Sprint Distance Triathlon - 750m Swim, 20KM Bike and 5KM Run

All the events will have two main categories namely:-

· Individual Triathlon Challenge · Team Triathlon Challenge (3 PAX)

To ensure the safety of each participant, the event will have limited slots for each race discipline as follows:-

· 113 Triathlon - Individuals 30 slots and Teams 5 slots · Olympic Triathlon - Individuals 20 slots and Teams 5 slots · Sprint Triathlon - Individuals 40 slots and Teams 10 slots

Online registration for this event will open on Sunday, 15th October 2023 at 6AM for all.
